We help wholesale buyers effortlessly find artisanal, sustainable, eco-friendly, recycled goods from emerging markets to build and simplify their wholesale operations. Additionally, our one-stop platform provides secure checkout whilst simplifying shipping and freight costs. Our curation of handmade and socially responsible design is available to retailers and interior designers who wish to stand apart and offer unique artisan-made items to their customers.

We thrive to build a powerful community of sellers that are committed to empower local artisan communities and promote crafts from across the globe. We actively seek partnership with makers and brands that collaborate and work to preserve traditional techniques. Our aesthetic is to blend heritage craftsmanship with modern design, quality and functionality for everyday living. Tribeur identifies and shortlists sellers aligned with our design requirements and core values: Artisanal, Sustainable, Fair & social, Eco-friendly. Then, we reach out to Sellers, to conduct due diligence and the Seller have agreed to our terms and conditions. As best as possible, we also undertake factory visits to ensure ethical trading initiatives. All our products featured on our marketplace have been handpicked and vetted by our curation team.

When placing an order on Tribeur, you can create a shopping cart and continue to secure checkout. You can also request a quote or made to order.

Request A quote – Once we receive your request, we will send you a quote with all required details.

Made to Order – These are custom orders with specific minimum order quantities (MOQ) where the suppliers might not have the items in stock and will need to produce them specially for your order. Such orders are usually dispatched within 7-14 days depending on the product specifications and quantities, they may take more time.

Once you confirm your order, we will send you a payment link via the platform for secure checkout using Stripe. Stripe lets you make payments using credit and debit cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets and more.

We know the challenges of shipping and the annoying hidden and unpredictable cost that makes it difficult to earn a profit for small retailers. We are working hard to make buying for new products easy and transparent, no matter what brand or products you choose or where they come from.

We choose to partner with leading logistics company such as DHL to provide you with the best global shipping services (freight sea and air).

If you spend £200 (excluding VAT), your entire order to mainland UK will get Free Shipping (exclusions may apply, you will be notified at check out). If you are in Germany, France or Netherlands, orders of €300 or more (excluding VAT) are Free Shipping.

At the moment, Tribeur does not accept returns on orders on the platform due to the nature of the products sold. Because our seller partners prefer to be in control of their distribution and their wholesale pricing strategies, we give you access to unique products that retailers can sell directly to their end customer. But sellers understand that they wouldn’t want to miss an opportunity to sell so we facilitate any communication before purchasing to ask for any additional information on the products.

Tribeur requires damaged products to be claimed within 14 days of receiving the original shipment. Any damages claimed after that period will not be considered. Tribeur will liaise with logistics partner and seller to resolve the issue.

If a package is lost or stolen in transit, Tribeur is not liable for paying the costs of goods or reshipping. It is up to the seller individual policy and choice to get insurance on their shipments.
