What the word means? (invented adj.) Derived from the word tribe and urban. Tribeur is the global online store and wholesale platform for sourcing artisanal and eco-friendly lifestyle products. We are redefining retail by simplifying wholesale, logistics process and giving our sellers easy access to international buyers. We focus on searching artisanal, sustainable, eco-friendly, recycled goods from Africa and beyond for the international market.

We started as retailers ourselves when we first launched (Hi London), we stocked ethical fashion brands from all over Africa with a minimum inventory to test new brands and products before making a big investment. We realized that researching brands and sending out emails was both time consuming and resources draining. Although we have decided to change our business model, we wanted to provide a solution for artisan brands from Africa to get access to the international market whilst simplifying buying process to retailers and buyers.

We will respond to applications within 48 hours – and usually less. If your application is successful, we will help you get onboard and will take care of uploading your products onto the platform. If not successful, then we will help you understand what is required to be onboarded.

Tribeur will send you a notification (email, text, phone) when an order is placed through the platform. A notification email will lead you to the order in the platform where you can accept and update shipping information.

We put all our efforts into getting new customers (newsletter, ads, merchandising, calls with retailers, etc.), and facilitating logistics which is why the fee on the first order is of 20%. But, once this retailer is a customer, we lower this fee to 15% on all following orders. No subscription, no contracts, no opening fees, and you only pay if you sell!

At the moment, we don’t manage stock. Once an order is placed on Tribeur, you will get notified. Then, you ship your orders via DHL, just like you would any other order. DHL will provide tracking number for labels. Products are collected by our logistics partner and we’ll take care of the rest. We recommend that you fulfil your order as soon as possible. Soon, we plan to stock your beautiful products in our future warehouse.

Tribeur will process payments to sellers (50% before delivery and 50% on delivery), which means that we submit your first order payment and it should hit your account after you ship out your order. We also send payment directly to producers in their local currencies via mobile money. When onboarding, we will collect your bank information or preferred payment method once you are accepted onto our platform.
