These bowls are delicately handmade by artisans in Uganda using the traditional coil weave technique, by tightly wrapping smooth raffia over coils of bukedo (banana leaf) stalks. They are popular as a wall decor, table accessory or propped up on a shelf. Mix and match styles to compliment an interior with soft, earthy tones or provide pop of colour to brighten up a room.
