FULFILLING ORDERS THROUGH TRIBEUR

Tribeur will send you a notification (email, text, phone) when an order is placed through the platform. A notification email will lead you to the order in the platform where you can accept and update shipping information.

You have the ability to accept, adjust or decline any order you get through Tribeur. If you do not accept or decline within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

PAYMENT

As of February 25th, 2021 Tribeur, uses the following commission structure

Reorder 85% 15%

Our model is designed to be accessible and priced competitively against alternatives such as sales agents which can cost up to 25% with an exclusive, long term contract or trade shows which cost thousands with no guarantee of sales. In addition, you can share our offers of free shipping, payment by invoice for new buyers to get more orders from your existing stockists.

Tribeur will process payments (50% before delivery and 50% on delivery) to sellers, which means that we submit your first order payment and it should hit your account after you ship out your order. We also send payment directly to producers in their local currencies via mobile money. When onboarding, we will collect your bank information or preferred payment method once you are accepted onto our platform. Welcome to Tribeur! Once you fill out the Application Form online or send by our team, we will review your application. Once accepted we can go ahead and create your initial profile page.  Our team will help you build out SKUs along with your bio and other information. It is important that you fill out the form thoughtfully and carefully to avoid any delays in your build. If we have any questions about the Application For, you will receive an email from us asking for further clarification.

Once your page is created, you will receive an email from us to review your profile page. It takes between 1-2 weeks to build your page. Once the page is reviewed and any additional edits are made, you are ready to start accepting orders on Tribeur.

We are so thrilled you have interest in selling on our wholesale marketplace! Please submit your application here. If you have registered as a Retailer who is interested in selling your own merchandise wholesale, please apply again using a different email address that the email used for your retailer account.

SHIPPING + DAMAGES

No. When buyers purchase an item, freight-in represents the transportation cost associated with the delivery of goods from the seller. This means that you will include the cost of shipping in the total cost of sale. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if replacement products are sent to a retailer due to damaged product, or if an incorrect order was sent originally. These costs are the seller’s responsibility.

Each seller is responsible for the secured and safe arrival of all products to buyers. We are making all efforts to be as sustainable as possible, so all packages must be made of cardboard or recyclable materials. This means it is extra important to pack your items carefully (including bubble wrap, peanuts etc) as they prepare for shipment and survive their journey to the buyers. We are working on developing our own branded 100% recyclable packaging, but in the meantime please make sure that you pack your products using the correct packaging safely before DHL collection. If any products arrive with damages due to transit, it is your responsibility to provide replacements.
